Hey everyone, Michelle Noel here, realtor since 2004, and lender since late 80s, actually want to take a moment and do a shout out to Tim Johnson. just completely impressed and amazed with what transpired today. And really actually worth can even describe got a bit of a wow factor going on with all that. But I needed to kind of distinguish what that’s all about. So although I’m excited about our joint venture that we’ve got going on, he’s a very smart businessman and knows his stuff without a doubt, and definitely understands people, and what gets them to move and take action. And that, you know, the grace of God and how things designed itself today, got that opportunity to have him have a conversation with my 20 year old daughter. And just to put into perspective, you know, I’m just grateful that my daughter is even alive today. And that in itself is a real important feat that we’ve accomplished over the years as a family, but her having an opportunity to meet Tim today and her getting to know him and most importantly, him getting to know her. What came out of that was a shift in mindset. And her seeing an opportunity and believing in her own self. And him instilling that and then and embracing her as who she is, and her empowerment of who she is as an individual and all that she’s gone through, and how she’s able to utilize that in her spirit of entrepreneurism and her than having the opportunity to see it for herself and embracing it. So that was pretty incredible. So I just want to say thank you, Tim, I think you’re amazing and I completely and totally appreciate you. And I’m just super excited about this a long term opportunity to work with you and just amazed that the influence that you had with having the opportunity to speak with my daughter and the influence he just created for her. Just super impressed. So again, thank you
